Post-primary education

The minimum age for post-primary education is 14. At the end of primary education, pupils generally have the choice of continuing their studies at secondary level (technical or general) or learning a trade in the Rural Craft Sections / Household Sections (SAR/SM).
The SAR/SM courses last two years.
