LOM and DJEREM Division

According to the Third General Population and Housing Census of Cameroon, LOM and DJEREM is a Division in the EAST Region of Cameroon. It has 8 Subdivisions (● BELABO Subdivision ● BERTOUA I Subdivision ● BERTOUA II Subdivision ● BETARE-OYA Subdivision ● DIANG Subdivision ● GAROUA-BOULAI Subdivision ● MANDJOU Subdivision ● NGOURA Subdivision ).

LOM and DJEREM is a second-level administrative division. It is one of the 58 Divisions in Cameroon.

In Cameroon generally, and particularly in LOM and DJEREM Division, there is a very high school enrollment and literacy rate. Efforts are being made to promote access to education in all localities of LOM and DJEREM Division. New schools, both public and private, are regularly opened.
