NOUN Division

According to the Third General Population and Housing Census of Cameroon, NOUN is a Division in the WEST Region of Cameroon. It has 9 Subdivisions (● BANGOURAIN Subdivision ● FOUMBAN Subdivision ● FOUMBOT Subdivision ● KOUOPTAMO Subdivision ● KOUTABA Subdivision ● MAGBA Subdivision ● MALENTOUEN Subdivision ● MASSANGAN Subdivision ● NJIMOM Subdivision ).

NOUN is a second-level administrative division. It is one of the 58 Divisions in Cameroon.

In Cameroon generally, and particularly in NOUN Division, there is a very high school enrollment and literacy rate. Efforts are being made to promote access to education in all localities of NOUN Division. New schools, both public and private, are regularly opened.
