According to the Third General Population and Housing Census of Cameroon, HAUTE-SANAGA is a Division in the CENTRE Region of Cameroon. It has 7 Subdivisions (● BIBEY Subdivision ● LEMBE YEZOUM Subdivision ● MBANDJOCK Subdivision ● MINTA Subdivision ● NANGA-EBOKO Subdivision ● NKOTENG Subdivision ● NSEM Subdivision ).

HAUTE-SANAGA is a second-level administrative division. It is one of the 58 Divisions in Cameroon.

In Cameroon generally, and particularly in HAUTE-SANAGA Division, there is a very high school enrollment and literacy rate. Efforts are being made to promote access to education in all localities of HAUTE-SANAGA Division. New schools, both public and private, are regularly opened.
