Considering the serious shortcomings noted during various missions to combat clandestine establishments during the 2023-2024 school year by the Directorate for Monitoring Private Basic Education;
Considering Decision No. 483/Bl/1464/D/MINEDUB/SG/DSEPB/SDRA of August 23, 2023, closing certain clandestine schools in Private Basic Education in the Adamaoua, Center, East, Littoral, West and South Regions;
Considering the lists of clandestine schools in the regional delegations and secretariats for education in Private Secular Education concerned;
The private schools whose names appear on this decision will only be authorized to resume their activities after regularization of their administrative situation and authorization from the Minister of Basic Education.
The Administrative Authorities here, the Regional Delegates of Basic Education, the SENAT, the Secretaries of Education, as well as the Departmental Delegates and the District Inspectors concerned, are responsible, each in their own area, for the application of this Decision which will be registered and published wherever necessary.
