To all students who sat for the GCE 2025 exams: If your results were withheld, please contact your school administration, the Chief of your exam center, or the GCE Board directly for clarification. Doing so will help facilitate the release of your results by the board.

The GCE Board withholds results of students from various schools, including Baptist Comprehensive High School Nkwen, due to reasons like exam irregularities or unresolved administrative matters. Students whose results are withheld should reach out to the GCE Board orTheir school administrators for  specifics on the withholding reason and steps to get their results released.

Reasons for withholding results:

The GCE Board may withhold results due to various factors, including suspected cases of malpractice, incomplete or inaccurate information on the registration forms, or outstanding administrative requirements

Student's responsibility:

Students whose results are withheld need to take proactive steps to understand the reasons and take appropriate action. They should not assume the results will be released automatically.

Seeking clarification:

Students should first contact their school administrators  for information about the specific reason their results were withheld and what steps they need to take.

Contacting the GCE Board:

If the school cannot provide sufficient information, students should directly contact the GCE Board for clarification.

Resolving the issue:

Once the reason for the withholding is known, students can work with the school and/or the GCE Board to resolve the issue and have their results released.
