Candidate Files

• An application form completed online and downloaded, affix a physical stamp ;
• A certified photocopy of birth certificate dated not more than three months old;
• A  certified  photocopy  of certificates/diplomas which qualifies the candidate for the competitive entrance exam (DUT, BSc or equivalent);
• 4 recent passport-size photographs;
• A certified photocopy of candidate’s National Identity Card ;
• A medical certificate issued from a government hospital dated not more than 3 months ;
• A receipt of payment of the sum of twenty thousand francs CFA into the bank account CCA BANK CAMEROON Ngaoundere n^o 10039-10013- 02373360002-87 as participation fees in the Entrance Examination ;

• An A4 size self-addressed envelope, affix 1000 francs – stamp.

 

Places of deposit of the files

1. The Ministry of Higher Education/Department of Higher Education Planning;
2. Any of the 10 Regional Delegations of Secondary Education;
3. The University of Ngaoundere antenna in Yaounde (IRAD NKOLBISSON - CENTRE DE BIOTECHNOLOGIE) ;

4. The Secretariat of the National School of Agro-Industrial Sciences (ENSAI) Ngaoundere;

5. Any of the Rectorates or Vice Chancellor’s Office of Bamenda, Bertoua, Buea, Douala, Dschang, Ebolowa, Garoua, Maroua and Yaounde 1 Universities.
